PDFs are not displaying correctly within your browser and they look like every other letter is being blocked...

Solution


First, it is not a software, but a hardware issue.

NOTE: you may need to work with your IT Team to set this for a global policy or on your personal device.


1. Open Microsoft Edge
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on System and Performance
4. Under the System and Performance section, turn OFF the "User hardware acceleration when available" toggle switch


5. Once verified, clear the user's cache. PDFs should display correctly now.
