End users can earn QuickHelp points after completing specific tasks:
- View/complete an asset (1 point)
- Answer a graded question correctly (1 point per question). This makes it possible to have one asset worth multiple points.
- Attend an Event (30 points)
- Complete a step of the Engagement Survey (20 points per step, 100 total points available)
- Read a What’s New update (10 points per date section)
- Share an asset, event, What's New update, etc. (1 point)
- Complete sections of the Intake Survey (1 point per section)
