NOTE: Starting August 17, 2021 BrainStorm QuickHelp will no longer support the Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) browser. While users who currently use IE11 will still be able to access QuickHelp, starting on August 17, 2021 we will no longer be testing nor resolving issues that may have to do with the IE11 browser.
If users are able to watch a video, but there is no sound, it’s important to determine whether the problem is specific to QuickHelp, or is a more widespread problem. If the problem is not specific to QuickHelp, there is a good chance that the audio has been turned off in the browser settings. In IE, this is enabled by opening Internet Options > Advanced > Multimedia > Play sounds in webpages.
