When I log into QuickHelp, all I see is a blank (or mostly-blank) screen

Before creating a ticket, check the following items:

  1. Is your browser in compatibility mode? (If it is turn compatibility mode off for quickhelp.com)
  2. Open Developer Tools (F12) and verify that your Document mode, Browser mode, and (if available) User agent string are also set to an approved IE version

  3. Users can also test HTML5 compatibility by visiting http://www.videojs.com/. If this site is blank where the video should be (see image below), there is a very good chance some browser or system setting is blocking HTML5 video playback.
