The resources section of the QuickHelp Admin Portal is full of great tools to help you drive adoption and create change. In this section of the admin portal, you’ll find:  

  • Awareness Collateral 
  • Email templates 
    (e.g., Executive sponsor communications, manager communications, etc.) 
  • Adoption Templates 
  • Champions toolkit
  • Etc. 


Requirements

To access the Resources section, you must be a QuickHelp administrator with the Communication Admin Role


Instructions

1. Access the QuickHelp Admin Portal and click “Resources” in the left-hand navigation  
 
 
 


2. Explore the Resources section for helpful content

3. After selecting the desired resource, click download at the bottom of your screen
