Yes. QuickHelp now can send notifications (previously emails) through Teams. This includes but is not limited to:

  • The Welcome to QuickHelp Email
  • The Weekly User Digest Email
  • Event Calendar Invites
  • Users added to a Group
  • Users assigned a User Journey
  • Custom Campaigns (for a how to click HERE

 

To move your communications to Teams Notifications, simply:

  1. Log in to the QuickHelp Admin Portal
  2. Select Settings > Configure
  3. Click Microsoft Teams as the Deliver method

 

 

NOTEThe delivery method for Custom Communication is selected when creating the specific Email or Teams message. Click HERE for how to create Custom Communications.
