QuickHelp gives you the ability create custom content - including videos, PDFs, HTML links, and assessments. Along with creating custom content comes the ability to organize your assets, categories, and topics in whichever manner is most effective for your end users.

Organizing your library - part 2
But what should you do if you no longer need your specific custom content? The answer? You can simply unpublish it! Unpublishing your custom content will remove it from your end user’s view within QuickHelp. You can not only unpublish custom content, but any QuickHelp content, as well.
NOTE: Once Custom Content is uploaded into QuickHelp, your Custom Content cannot be deleted.
How to unpublish your Custom Content Items (Assets)
- QuickHelp Admin Portal > Content > [Topic] > [Category] > [Asset]
- Check the box to the right of the Asset, Category, or Topic
- Click Unpublish in the Action Bar
What should you do if you've uploaded an incorrect video file? Or if you now have an updated video to use?
STOP! Please do not create a new asset!
Rather than creating a new asset for the video file, you can replace the older mp4 with the new one. To see how, click here.
