End users can earn QuickHelp badges after completing specific tasks: Skill Paths, Courses, Events, etc. While customer Admins can control many of the badges, there are many that are generated by the system. End users will not receive email notification when earning these types of badges, but they will receive a QuickHelp message. Additionally, these badges will not be shown on the list of available badges, but will be visible in the end user's public profile once earned.
