Your users have been receiving emails from QuickHelp, but none of the images are displaying.

This could be occurring because Outlook does not automatically display/download images in HTML emails unless the sender address is in the Safe Senders list. You can push out a Safe Senders list to all clients via Group Policy and/or Registry settings. To ensure that the images in your QuickHelp emails display correctly, please work with your Outlook/Exchange team to add no-reply@quickhelp.com and events@quickhelp.com to your Safe Sender list.
