The event isn't playing


Solution

  • Refresh your browser
  • Click the Play icon in the middle of the Event screen 
  • Switch browsers (Edge and Chrome tend to work best)
  • Check the strength of your internet connection

Problem

The event has no sound


Solution

  • Turn up the volume slider in the video player
  • Refresh your browser
  • Right click the speaker icon in the system tray > click Playback Devices > ensure your speakers/headphones are set the default device
