Adding access to QuickHelp in any HTML-based access point creates another access point for your users, as well as creates the opportunity to drive traffic to that environment (SharePoint, an LMS, etc).
Attached is sample HTML code. It is not meant to be comprehensive, but will provide an idea of what can be accomplished. It can be edited by your Web team to make it on-brand and as engaging as possible.
