There are many communication features in QuickHelp that have been put in place to increase QuickHelp awareness and drive QuickHelp usage. But which actions will trigger an email? Which emails can be suppressed? Which can be customized? The attached document lists the QuickHelp actions that will trigger an automated email, the default text of that email, and whether the email can be suppressed or customized. You're welcome!
