Big News!

On Monday, April 4, 2016, all automatic QuickHelp communications will be coming from a new email address.  The email domain will be @quickhelp.com, and the email will come from one of the following addresses:

  • no-reply@quickhelp.com – all communications from QuickHelp (except those related to events), such as assigned playlists, account creation, etc.
  • events@quickhelp.com – all event-related communications, such as QuickCasts.

These 2 email addresses are replacing quickhelp-support@brainstorminc.com.

To ensure that your users continue to receive emails from QuickHelp, we recommend whitelisting the @quickhelp.com domain.
