Your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) for QuickHelp authentication. Most users log in successfully, but you have one or two users who receive this error:


99.9% of the time this error indicates that your SSO Identity Provider (IdP) is not passing an email attribute for that given user. This error will require the assistance of your IT department.


The email field must be populated correctly in the respective SSO Provider. The problem may exist all the back to Active Directory (AD). To verify AD is populated correctly (especially important when using ADFS for SSO), please check the user's AD profile - Users and Computers > General Tab - and verify that the email field is populated.
