The first thing to check is whether it's a QuickHelp error or an ADFS error - the best way to verify is by checking the URL of the error.


If it's a QuickHelp error, please enter a support ticket and reference the error/incident ID.


If it's an ADFS error, try logging in to your ADFS server by going this this URL:


https://<YOUR_ADFS_SERVER>/adfs/ls/IdPInitiatedSignOn.aspx


This login bypasses QuickHelp (or any relying party) and simply verifies whether you can log in to ADFS at all. If you successfully log in to your ADFS server, but not QuickHelp, please enter a support ticket.
