1. Is this affecting only one or two users?

2. Is the error a QuickHelp error or an ADFS error? NOTE: The best way to verify is by checking the URL of the error.


If it's a QuickHelp error, please enter a support ticket by clicking here or emailing support@quickhelp.com. Please remember to reference the error/incident ID.


If it's an ADFS error, please send the incident ID to your IT/Identity team. You can also try logging in to your ADFS server by going this this URL:


https://<YOUR_ADFS_SERVER>/adfs/ls/IdPInitiatedSignOn.aspx


This URL and login bypasses QuickHelp (or any relying party) and simply verifies whether you can log in to ADFS at all.
