Will your Single Sign-On (SSO) Identity Provider’s (IdP) certificates be changing soon? Or will your IdP metadata be changing in any other way? If you answered yes to either of these questions, your metadata in QuickHelp will also need to be updated. This will take coordination. You will need to be logged in to QuickHelp Admin Portal before the changes are made to the metadata. The attached document walks you through the steps on how to update your metadata in QuickHelp. 

If the changes to your metadata happen before you are logged in to QuickHelp, the login process will break. If this happens, please enter a support ticket, provide a link to your metadata, and we will update it for you.

Please note that you will need the actual metadata file to make these changes, not just an updated cert.
