**On August 31, Microsoft removed Code-Based Sandbox Solutions in SharePoint Online - this includes BrainStorm's SharePoint Web Part.  We have a new offering available. The .app file is available in the QuickHelp Admin Portal > Settings > Downloads section. Requirements and configuration instructions are now available in the Support Center. For more information, please contact your BrainStorm Client Success Manager.

If you have only accessed QuickHelp through your organizational SharePoint portal (Web Part), you have been using SharePoint to authenticate, and your QuickHelp account does not have a password. Never fear, you do have options.

  1. You will need to access QuickHelp through the company SharePoint portal, rather than the QuickHelp URL.
  2. You will need to create a password by clicking "Reset Password" on the main QuickHelp Web Portal page.
