When logging into the Web Portal, or accessing the QuickHelp Solution in SharePoint, QuickHelp validates all user emails against a list of organization-approved domains. If users are getting one of the errors below it means the email domain they are using has not been added to the QuickHelp account.  In reference to SharePoint, this error could happen while you are registering the QuickHelp app - this means that the URL of the registration page has not been added to the organizational QuickHelp account. Please enter a ticket with all pertinent information, and we will work to get the domain(s) added.
